Overall the store is great, BUT the waiting time in the deli section, is HORRIBLE! One employee assisting customers is insane. Im waiting for 24 minutes so far. Please BJ’s management add more people! 1:19pm leaving now the deli section.

It’s impossible to get someone on the phone for curbside pick up. Every time I have to call in because the app isn’t working they don’t pick up or transfer me to the deli. The people in member services are rude and just transfer u anywhere they please except to the right area. You have to do better than this it’s horrible customer service. Give us a number directly to curbside so we don’t go thru this horrible experience

This deli counter is the bane of my existence. The employees are friendly, but there are too few. There's usually only two, even on Saturdays. Could someone in management please see about getting a microphone to call out numbers? Just about everything single time I'm here, my number or another customer's number is called but not heard. For a club we pay for a membership, the least management could do is respect member's time waiting at the delic counter and have audible number calling. Thank you from all the irritated members currently waiting for their deli orders.

First time shopping here. Found a few large items but didn’t have the right vehicle so ordered them for pick up while in the store. Pick up window was 4 hours out so not a big deal. About 2 hours later I got a message that everything in my order was out of stock and cancelled. I had a lot of disbelief and it turned out I was right. My husband and I drove back over and low and behold there were over 10 of both items still there in the floor. I spoke with someone from the pick up department who apologized after looking the order up. Apparently that happens with someone specific on shift. But all I got was the apology. We had to go pull the items ourselves and go back through checkout. Taught me not to trust their order online process if nothing else.
