This office was amazing from the moment I called and got Carmen on the phone. I expressed to her how anxious I was about seeing a dentist and she eased my nervousness over the phone. I went in for my appointment and everyone was very nice and professional. I got to meet Dr. Rangi first and she explained to me in a form that was simple and understanding what was wrong and gave me some options I had. I had a bad experience with a dentist in the past and developed a phobia of the dentist. She made me feel comfortable and didn’t mind my ugly crying I did while I was there. She had Dr Sharma come in and explain the implant procedure and to speak about my options. I had and extraction and I just say it was painless and Dr Sharma and his assistant were amazing! I even got to hear him sing Indian music!!! Thank you Dr Sharma, Dr Rangi and the rest of the staff!!! I will be back to see you !!!!

Happy with the work Dr Sharma did to my mom. Everyone in this office treated us like family. My mom now is enjoying the food that she haven’t eaten in a long time since she lost all of her teeth. Yes they do
Only novacaine, at first I was told my insurance wouldn't cover me being knocked out (which I know isn't true because i've had it before elsewhere), so I told them I would even pay out of pocket so they ran my credit to see if I qualified for the credit care loan program. My surgery date arrives, I show up, ready to pay to be knocked out and as i'm sitting in the chair getting prepped I'm told they don't even offer that option there. If I hadknown that I wouldn't have had it done there period. They did a good job I guess considering I had a panic attack for almost over an hour during the procedure as they one by one pulled 17 of my upper and lower teeth. As far as I'm concerned torture was out lawed back in 1948 so why on earth they didn't suggest I go somewhere else since prior to the procedure I made it very clear to everyone I talked to I wanted to be knocked out regardless cost. I suffer from P.T.S.D. and its one of the first things listed in my chart so it was hell for me.
