Worst renting experience I have ever encountered. The photos shown of the parking lots is misleading, since they left pot holes that were 2 feet wide and 6 inches deep for months after the last snow season until my fiancé had called and complained several times, despite their facility trucks frequently visiting the residence to make recently moved out units available. When I finally moved out and handed my keys in on the last day of my lease, I waited 30 days for my deposit back, and when I still had not received it, I sent them an email reminding them of their responsibility, and the penalties that go along with it. Kate, the new property manager, sent me a nasty email back claiming to know the rental laws in CT, saying I handed my keys in 2 weeks later than I actually had, and when I showed proof otherwise, they blamed a "computer glitch", despite me handing my keys to her in person. I contacted my lawyer who drafted a demand letter to receive twice my deposit amount, which was entitled to me because of their incompetence. Keep receipts and proof of all of your move out dates, they conduct shady business practices. Never would recommend these facilities.

I have lived at pine ridge village for over 15 years in the beginning it was great anytime I wanted an upgrade on something they would accommodate. Now with the new owners and management they refuse to upgrade anything. I have been told if I want upgrades then I need to move out of my apt. And into a newly renovated and my rent would increase accordingly. My rent all ready goes up 70 dollars a year without any upgrades. My bathroom is from the 60's I have light fixtures that are from the 60's my counters & cabinets are very old looking as well why cant I get any upgrades while I am currently living in my apt. Not to mention they charge us a community fee for a gym I do not use because I work to much. I really think If you are going to increase my rent an outragoius amount the little thing like a new bathroom vanity isnt to much to ask esp. Considering I have been a faithful tenant for over 15 years!!!!
