I had a really good past experience and so I decided to bring my grandmother today. She has very "special" feet due to a lifetime's worth of injuries and surgeries and deformities she has wide feet, high arches, hammertoes, you name it. She hasn't worn a pair of sneakers in years. The gentleman working at the store were extremely helpful. They saw us pull in and saw her having a little bit of a hard time walking came out of the building to help her walk in, held the door for us, directed us to a comfortable chair with a back. We explained her issues and needs to the shoe salesman and he found several pairs of shoes, checked her size, brought all the shoes over and hand fitted them to her feet. Gave her a chance to walk around and try them out and even rang her out from the chair. They even helped us get back to the car and carried her box of shoes for her. Most importantly, we found her a pair of sneakers! I would continue to shop here for as long as I'm able. The efforts made today may seem small, but they meant the world to us. Just a few extra steps and some kindness that want to really long way! They didn't have the shoes that I wanted in stock but offered to order them for me and drop ship them to my house. Excellent service!

I came to buy running shoes and customer service was okay but honestly did not live up to the hype that so many people have told me about this place. The guy I saw did not seem (or at least show) to have more knowledge than other shoe stores. He measured the length of my foot and when I asked him regarding the width because I think my feet are slightly wider but never been measured he just glanced at them and said they look normal without any further investigation. I bought a pair there but don't think I will buy future shoes since it was more expensive.
