Don't be fooled by the old pictures, this Identogo is now located in a travel agency. There is only street parking - took a bit to get service even with a reserved time but once I was seen about 5 minutes to register for the tsa precheck.

I agree with a a comment prior that , the staff has no idea what they are doing regarding fingerprinting scheduling or how it was done. I tried calling this office in the morning, but could not reach anyone. I also called the Identigo customer service listed online, and there were over 10 selections, then I just went through sections one after one, and after 5 minutes, still on the selection menu. Eventually I decided to go in person to find out more. The office staff do not know anything and have no intention to help. The supervisor, in fact, came out and said "we just work here, and don't know anything about scheduling. You need check online or call the customer service."
