Terrible!!! Terrible!! PLEASE READ! READ THIS REVIEW! Do not go to this law firm they are a bunch of incompetent starting with the lawyers and all the people they have working there. My parents first took us there back in 2007 for my sister and I applied for DACA because of the good review he had. We spoke to David Spelling once and that was it! Every time I went in to renew my permit I never once dealt with David it was always with their employees. When my sister became a resident they screwed up her paperwork never felt it and my sister almost lost her chance at becoming a resident thanks to them. She then ended up switching to a different law firm and I decide to stay since I was only renewing my DACA and didn't think they would screw me up. WRONG! They messed up my my name on my permit!! When I asked to have my DACA application to go to a different law firm it took them a full month of back and forth! Now I have to pay a lot more money to have their mistakes fixed during these hard times. I notice that they don't care and take advantage of all Hispanic people because a lot don't speak fluent English or fully understand the process of their cases. All the other law firms I've spoken to know of David sperling and how bad they have screwed people up, because it's been many many people that they have. I hope this review helps people to stop or don't use this firm. They are a bad firm that only cares about money and not their clients. Do not go to this Lawyer!! I am a DACA (dreamer) My parents took us to David Sperling in 2007 when we applied for the DACA program, because at the time they were supposed to be good immigration lawyers. We talked to David Sperling once and then we never talked to him again, it was all with the employees. When my sister was in the process of becoming a citizen they never sent the paperwork and my sister almost lost her case because of them! I decide to stay with them since in my case I only renew my DACA permit, but it was a serious mistake since they also ruined my papers. They put a wrong name on my papers! Not only that but also the address was wrong. Also when I called them to ask for my application to go with another lawyer, it took them a month to give it to me! I almost wasted my time renewing my DACA for them. When I started calling other lawyers, they all told me that their clients had told them about the problems they had had with this lawyer. David sperling and his employees don't care about people and the problems their mistakes can cause more than just money. I realized that they take advantage of Hispanics because they don't speak English very much or they know the correct process for their cases. I hope this helps you not to go to this lawyer and have the same problems that my family had. PEOPLE BE CAREFUL!!

My sister earned her residency. I highly recommend Mr.Sperling's office. Maira did an excellent job in the case of my sister Ligia Brito.

If you entered with a visa, and it is a good marriage you should not have problems. Come to my office to discuss it more. (631) 232-9555
If your last entry was legal (by visa or travel document), you could apply for status adjustment when your oldest child is 21 years old.
