We had a blast here! Came up for the air show in Oshkosh and wanted something fun for our kiddos to do during the off times. The trip from the hotel to Oshkosh was easy and quick (about 45 minutes). The water park was the perfect size for us and our kids (8 and 7). Big enough for them to have some freedom but small enough to where I didn’t feel like helicopter and could monitor them from a table. The rooms were comfortable, especially liked the bunk beds for the kids. Some amenities had minor wear but I think (and I’m willing to be wrong) they might be operating on a smaller staff than they are used to. We don’t feel like we need to be waited on hand and foot, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was kind, helpful and accommodating. We will be back! Our kids called this our “best vacation ever” so thank you for helping us create that memory for them!

I just want to give a shout out to the staff. The resort was clearly understaffed but everyone working was giving their 200% and did it with grace. If I were looking for employment, these people would be a great team to join. Kudos. One thing I would recommend changing is not allowing young children in the hot tubs..they were more like full kiddie pools leaving no room for adults to sit down and relax.

The water park itself was a blast. Both my daughters (both under the age of 5) thoroughly enjoyed the water slides. The biggest downer was that one employee who was working her butt off to the best of her ability was the only person checking people in and serving ice cream. The line checking in was all the way to the ballroom area. The next grump I had was that some rude kids on the same floor were stomping around like war elephants. A few of them were knocking on random room doors just as I had put my daughters to bed. That's not on the hotel's fault though... Just other parents. The room wasn't the worst I've stayed in. While I liked the bed, my wife disagreed. Several parts of the room showed some disrepair and places that weren't well cleaned. The bathrooms by the pool weren't stocked with toilet paper and our room's bathroom had only one washcloth for four people. The public bathrooms and locker rooms by the pool in general were just disastrous during the days which made me think they were short staffed. The arcade was in a sad state with most games either in disrepair, out of order, or breaking down constantly. The staff were nice about it and gladly helped with tickets or coins, but I wouldn't have called that area an arcade with only a few active games. Overall, it was a fun stay and we'll probably be back to give it another fair shake and hopefully for a longer stay. But definitely the hotel has a lot to work on.

We had a wedding here. Facility was fantastic. Food was very good but it was not hot. Luke warm at best. That was very disappointing. Small bar set up but the bar tenders kept up fine and drinks were good. Restrooms were very clean a big plus in my book.

The water park is dark, but pleasant enough, but I would find a different hotel to sleep at, was not well kept, or very clean.

There are signs posted everywhere to wear masks. They also sanitize when necessary, tables and such. Same with the rooms. I was there for a birthday party and all of the staff was in masks. Not really an option in the waterpark though...

is the hotel Dog friendly?

No, the resort is not dog friendly because it is huge with many people in the rooms you also certainly cannot bring your dog into the water park portion of the resort
