This place is horrible don't be fooled. Heat is not included like advertised and electric bill will come in over $200.00 when used. Management is horrible and will lie to make something fit the agenda. Going through four managers a year is horrible on tenants and they are pulling these managers out of temp agency. Each time it gets worse! Dont look for help from above because the higher ups dont care neither. Phong Murray is very rude and neglectful of her job duties or responsibilities to tenants. Overall very dirty had to go once the building got infested with cockroaches and drug addicts!!

Believe this might be the same Artspace that had a suit brought against it for discrimination. Plus the Artspace Norwich website says they are "cat friendly" no mention of dogs - believe under Fair Housing Act they "may" be required to make reasonable accommodation for emotional support animal and/or service animal. Hope they put that on their website as some folks will see "cat friendly" and not pursue further - even though the facility claims they abide by all Federal regulations.
