Thank you for the excellent customer service provided by John, and the on-site optometrist Dr Marks (sp?). There was a concern my new lenses did not have the correct strength prescription (Rx obtained elsewhere) and they went out of their way to accommodate. John offered to put my old lenses back in for the time being, and Dr Marks did a very thorough exam to confirm my Rx was correct and provide an alternate strength recommendation if I did not tolerate the new stronger Rx after a trial period to get used to them. Will be back, and will recommend to others!
