Look the other way before bringing your loved ones to this facility. The cost to stay here is ridiculous. Staff and management are rude, careless, and disrespectful. One of my parents stayed here and I will never bring them back. They complained that the food was repetitive and limited. There were roaches in the dining room and in the halls. Care staff were loud, lazy, and helpless. One time on a phone call with my mom I could hear staff yelling at each other. My mom had to call me when things were not getting done and I had to speak to management who were not helpful either. I spoke to some of the staff for my mom and when asked could they do something the response was that is not their job.

Do not put your family in this facility. They raise the rent on the residents claiming that they're going to give the employees a raise. Come to find out some employees never get raises either until they leave or get fired. The facility is beautiful but do not be fooled by the appeal. They only cook good food when they have an event or getting potential residents. Save your money and find another place for your loved ones especially when management takes most of the money that the residents give out as a bonus to staff and take it for themselves.

Sterling Estates is an Excellent Company to be employed with. From the Owners, ED, Supervisors and staff, everyone always worked as a team. They will welcome you in as FAMILY. They listen to your needs and are always finding ways to better accommodate the employees and the residents. Sterling adores all of the residents and always have so much fun making these beautiful memories Everlasting♥️
