These places were built back in the 70's I believe. They used to be military housing. The boilers are old and personally I don't think I would live here. I've actually heard people regretting the decision to buy. I know I know I feel bad saying it but I'm just being honest.

Doverbrook could be a nice place to live but they must control the kids in the common area, and the lady in the office should just do her job and she needs to pick up her on cigarettes butts that she throw on the grounds and she needs to be more professional because you don't know who's looking at her

I have lived in Doverbrook since June when I bought my condo. I really love it here! So quiet with lovely tree lined streets. The association is very well managed as is the property. They do a great job. No complaints from this new resident!
