Dr Glogowski is the worst Dr I've ever had. My prior Dr retired and was giving me the lowest dose pain medication for fibromyalgia herniated discs and 2hip replacements which I was told by staff that I could get a temporary script till I see him which was a lie. When I got my first visit with him I asked about pain meds but Dr Glogowski said he didn't give them and I would have to go through pain management in Holyoke which was a waste of time so I was cut off and been off for 8months. He had me do blood work and said i was fine except for high blood pressure which I had another blood test done before my next visit which then they said i had hepatitis which I didn't after having a third blood test. I was supposed to have a ultrasound of my liver but they forgot to schedule it for me and never called me.After my 3rd visit I had enough because of the professionalism and told him I wanted a different Dr..he said whatever floats your boat and left the room. Later that day when I looked on my portal he put I left because i was mad he wouldn't give me pain meds which which wasn't true because I've been without for 5months and gave up on them and only asked once on my first visit. When I complained about what was put on my records I was told that he assumed that's why I left and that would be taken off my records. Needless to say it's still there

Excellent customer service, My doctor are the wonderful people that I met thank you only walk-in or appointment employee and Doctor are excellent blood work, x ray , efficiency are wonderful parking lot accessible for handicap, bathroom. Great also you can find fiscal therapy at the location

The Clinician John G is excellent. He takes time with patients and makes them feel comfortable. Down to earth and professional attitude at all times. Would recommend him 100% .
