I've enjoyed everything I've had here, and the staff have been friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they've been closed at times. I know this is somewhat normal these days, but it was still a let down to show up and find them shuttered.

I absolutely love that you can walk here and pick up a loaf of freshly baked bread like in Europe. There are cities 10x bigger than Lowell in this country without a walkable bakery like this. The variety is a bit low but the quality is fantastic.

Everything is spectacular at Purple Carrot. The desserts are to die for, especially the cookies, I love the breakfast cookies. The Buffalo flatbread pizza is one of the best I've ever had. It has chicken and sausage on it, plenty of cheese, the sauce is great with a decent kick and the dough/crust is a 10. They make some of the best bread in the state and I'll argue that all day long. I pick some up for every family event and everyone raves about it. You need to try Purple Carrot Bread Co for yourself.
