Went to Lowe's today and they had NO human cashier's, I had to use the self checkout and having a commercial account I left my credit card at home. I needed help looking it up and the cashier told me that couldn't be done on the self checkouts so I said you need to open a checkout lane so I could pay for the $500 + dollars in materials I needed for a job, he called the manager who also tried to look my commercial acct. Up on the self checkout lane but couldn't do they then had me take my supplies to another lane where a female cashier checked me out where we had to re-scan everything... Ugh! And in doing so she ended up scanning several items twice so she had to refund several items after payment was taken off my credit card. Bad moment 1. No human checkout cashiers on a Sunday Bad moment 2. Not being able to look up my commercial account credit card on the only lanes open Bad moment 3. Being double charged for several items. Bad moment 4. Waiting on hold for an hour and ten min. Trying to get a hold of someone at the corporate office. Won't be shopping at this location ever again... Not to mention because of this will be cancelling my commercial account with Lowe's and giving more business to Home Depot.
