Wait times can be a little long, but that’s partially my fault for arriving closer to the appointment time than the 15 minutes early that they request. Otherwise, I’ve had a great experience both times I’ve been here. Dr. Haley is fantastic: she’s kind, easy to talk to, and professional. I feel so comfortable seeing her and am really glad that I found such a good doctor after moving to Dallas last year. I also want to applaud the nurses and technicians. I have a fear of needles that came out unexpectedly when they tried to draw my blood and I passed out… twice. The technicians were caring, kind and patient through the whole ordeal. They ensured I was cared for without patronizing me or rushing me after an embarrassing experience, and I can’t say how much I appreciate that. Also, there’s plenty of street parking here! I’ve easily found a spot both times I went.

Make sure you know exactly how much your procedure will cost. Because in my experience they will lie. They said we were insured. Then we found out we weren’t after the procedure. So we paid at the office. But now have been given two more bills to cover further costs. Shady.

Saw Dr. Lindsey Haley for the first time today and I must say how impressed I am. She made me feel very at ease and comfortable with the whole process. She was very attentive and caring. She asked me more questions than I'd ever been asked by an OB. It made me feel like she actually wanted to get to know me and cared about my health. I will definitely be back.
