3 stars = it's okay Pool area looks great and the room is nice and warm - but the pool water does NOT feel heated. The hot tub needs more water and desperately cleaned. The water in the hot tub looked questionable, so I didn't get in. Kids love the pool - and they said it wasn't cold after they got used to it. Room is okay. Carpet feels damp underfoot, satin duvet covers stained, caulking in bathroom dried up and crumbly, rust around shower handle. However - check in went very smoothly. Front desk staff was very nice. For the price, it is fair. Would be much nicer and easily 4-5 stars if a bit cleaner and spruced up/small maintenance done. For our one night stay, met the needs.

Was for the most part clean, but an older, run down hotel. So needs some TLC. They did have parking for RV/ trailers, that was a plus. The pool area another story. They said pool was heated and it is not heated. The hot tub was low on water, jets weren't working well and very foamy dirty. Which heated pool and hottub was the main reason why picking this hotel.

Very clean, excellent breakfast, hot tub, pool. Very personal. Staff acts as if they have known u for ever. I'm impressed. Comfortable beds, I slept the same as I would at home. Best hotel stay I've ever experienced. O really didn't expect this from a hotel stay. .all I can say is wow. Good job to the manager or owner. They are doing something right.

My stay was excellent. The hotel was clean and the room had everything I needed. Neela at the front desk was delightful - she made me feel welcome and made an outstanding first impression. If I were hiring for a customer service position she is the first person I would think of. Thank you so much!
