I have been trying to get some issues fixed with my apartment for over a year. I pay over a thousand dollars a month for a ONE BEDROOM and apparently that doesn't include a functional front door. They have been aware of this issue for over a year and have not even applied a temporary fix while waiting for a door. I also had a hole in my ceiling that took 3 months to fix! They were only able to comp me the equivalent of 5 days rent for bugs coming through my front door for 13 months.

We have lived here for going on 4 years. Absolutely LOVED it, office staff was incredible maintenance exceeded expectations. Sadly over the last 2 years it has declined and declined drastically. When all the car break ins where happening, the office was quiet. But they sure weren't quiet when letting me know I couldn't fly my American flag, and when challenged them they said we could but no other flags. I asked for the highlighted section of my lease. After 3 weeks it was finally given, but it was very vague and according to it nothing can be hung from balconies.. yet they only went after flags. Dont even get me started on the trash service and how the office always deflects and avoids questions and concerns. Its been 6 days since my trash was last picked up, twobof those days were non pick up days. They promise communication but im constantly chasing after the office. I spoke with a "manager" before we resigned our third lease who said if I need anything to let him know, silence from him since that meeting in April. I gave up trying to contact him. They tried to charge us month to month because they had an error in my wife's name that they delayed fixing. Everytime they "fixed" it and sent ust the lease, it was still wrong until about the 3rd try. There was a reason weve been here so long and reccomended the LC to many friends. But now there's many reasons we will not resign and we cannot reccomend here anymore.

Lived here for over 2 years and love it. Leasing customer service can be a bit hit or miss and the electric for this area is quite a bit but the place is overall great with extremely friendly neighbors.

1 year of living LC Review—We live in the Villages and it’s a nice and quiet community that feels safe. There are always people out walking, people out with their pets, etc. The LC has made some nice improvements to the neighborhood recently that were desperately needed. Repaved streets and parking lots, and new roofs on the buildings. Our application process was messy and seemed to take forever, we couldn’t access the online application and it had to be done in person/over the phone. In that time the price for our unit continued to increase which I felt was very weird. I’ve never applied anywhere else where after the application process has began the quoted rent price increases. So we’re paying about 200 more than what we originally believed we would be paying at the start of applying. Our unit is unrenovated and some of our appliances are old and rusting through (washer and fridge) but I’ve seen lots of apartments in this neighborhood being renovated, so I assume ours is on the list. I don’t love the trash system, but compared to loading your trash in your car and taking it to a compactor, it will do. Maintenance is great! They always come quickly and they’re always respectful when in your home. I like that the LC reaches out to residents for feedback. I’ve filled out a few anonymous surveys. I believe any company willing to actually listen to the feedback of those using its services is capable of improvement, and that’s key. Our lease is up soon and we are potentially interested in resigning or staying in the LC community, so my hope is this process will run smoother than our original application process.

Check the LC website and click on the community of choice. The prices are pretty accurate based on floorplan you desire. I would recommend following up with a call to the leasing office to make sure.
