Stopped in to look at purchasing a new zero turn mower. Person I spoke to was knowledgeable and called me the next morning on time. The mower was delivered on time with a thorough demonstration of the equipment. This kind of customer service has become the exception rather than rule for many businesses. Happy to buy local rather than from a big box store.

They came highly recommended, but I have not received any response to either of my contact form submissions in the last month.

How long the repair takes depends on the repair shops workload. You should request an estimate.
