Extremely slow-paced facility. It doesn’t matter if you show up for your appointment 15 minutes early or exactly on time, you won’t be seen until at least 30 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time. Each time I’ve taken my child here, we’ve been burden with extremely long wait times no matter how busy or empty the facility is. Extremely frustrating especially when your child isn’t feeling well.

The worst place I ever been very rude people i wait 2:10 and no one even said sorry or anything to me. my 20 month old was crying please don’t go there specially if u are somali. I am going to make complains to their main office. After 20:10 we didn’t see a doctor and they told us you can leave and re scheduled if i want please don’t visit these people

Rude employees. I've never gotten in at the scheduled appointment time. Usually takes 30 mins to an hour after the scheduled time to be taken back to a room. Unless you're desperate, avoid at all cost. I gave this one star because it was required to post the review but honestly it deserves no stars. We scheduled a physical one day and ended up leaving because an hour after our scheduled time we still hadn't been taken back and I had to return to work. Appointments are a useless thing at this place because they operate on their own time. One time we waited an hour to get a shot because "they needed the doctors signature". Seeing as how I made the appointment weeks in advanced this should have been already prepared. Signing a form takes 2 seconds so it seems a bit lazy to blame that on an hour delay. Piss poor time management and a basic lack of respect for peoples time.
