Dr. Shehadi takes the time to fully explain what he's doing and the benefits and risks. He and his staff were wonderful to work with.

I have had chronic Sciatica issues for at least 14 years from an accident driving a horse in a race. I have exercised as regularly as this has allowed, do massage weekly, chiropractic at least weekly, bought an inversion table which I use multiple times daily, stretch at least twice daily and done PT. Those provided some relief, however my condition worsened and activities I could perform decreased. I had stem cells with PRP injected into my affected discs last January and experienced substantial relief. This lasted nearly a year and likely would have lasted longer were it not for a fall at my farm where I aggravated my healing back and also injured my shoulder. I chose to have a second procedure Dec 15. This time we chose to use ALL stem cells in same discs and also used this on my shoulder that hadn’t improved in 4 months. Now it’s only 30 days from procedure and my shoulder is about 85% and my sciatica is even better than after the first procedure. Sincerely, Ned Hodkinson

Adhesive arachnoiditis diagnosed by another neurosurgeon in early 2019. No further treatment options and put into pain management in the middle of the " no pain meds" madness. Where is the compassion in that. No hope for an incurable condition and as it's terrifying effects starting occurring more often I bought a wheel chair in preparation for the inevitable. My ability to walk was reducing rapidly and I could barely make it from the car to the motorized carts at Walmart even using a shopping cart from the lot to lean on. It was getting very bad very quickly. This journey had started in the mid 1970's with my first of many back and then neck surgeries. At 67 most of my spine was fused and numerous parts of me had been without feeling for many years. I could have waited silently and just accepted my fate but the glimmer of hope that stem cells might help... The thought of that gave me hope. I searched and searched for someone knowledgeable and qualified on the cutting edge of this possible miracle fix called stem cells. So many people make the stem cell claims but upon closer inspection it was simply not real or designed to be a long drawn out money sucking grab with little improvement in the results. I finally found an actual doctor, a real neurosurgeon who works in the stem cell world. Dr. Shehadi agreed to meet with me to discuss my arachnoiditis, something that other neurosurgeons would not do, not even talk to me. Meeting Dr. Shehadi was such a joy as he sat and listened to my story and what my research had discovered ( gently correcting me when I had something wrong ) and together we came up with a plan to fix my limited walking ability. He carefully explained how and why it would work. He said that it would be uncomfortable and he wasn't kidding but the results were worth it. My walking issue has already improved dramatically and improves more everyday. A very welcome extra benefit has been the return of feeling to the long dead parts including the toes on my left foot which have been silent for over 20 years. All of my Arachnoiditis symptoms are gone and I have no pain, stinging, burning, cramping, electric shocks... All of that is gone. I asked for a little miracle and got a big one. Calling Dr. Shehadi started this and I am so happy that I made that first call.

I found Dr Shehadi and got an appoint quickly. I had all the preliminary test and he said he was going to fix me. I went into surgery very relaxed and unscared because of his caring manner. I awoke from surgery with all my sciatic pain gone. I was sore but the pain was gone. I had it since 1985 good bye pain. Thank you Dr. Shehadi I will be forever grateful to you.
