Grandma lives here and I have visited her a several times since she moved into one of the condos 18 months ago. She enjoys the community and the activities. My wife, kids, and I joined her for dinner in the dining hall and it was a good experience.

That depends on the accommodation. Generally the independent living villas (1 or 2 bedroom apartments with or without attached garage) are less than the assisted living apartments in the main building. Rents are comparable to similar residences offering similar amenities in the Greater Columbus area, probably $2,500-4,500 would be the range.
No, we do not have a Nursing home, however, most residents spend the rest of their life at Feridean.
