Nice gym! I was in New Albany for a few months for training and was able to workout here month to month with no hassle. Staff was always ready and willing to help with any questions I had. I'll be using this gym again next time I'm out this way.

Fantastic privately owned gym! Ryan is top notch and helped me connect with my trainer, Jordan, who is helping me back into power lifting after a 10 year hiatus! Jordan is super positive and motivating! Nice atmosphere, great music playlist, friendly people!
