From the beginning Ashley was very responsive, from having someone come out and quote us as well as getting the work done. We were not a very big job and very happy they could get us completed as quickly as they did, sooner than originally expected. Dan did great work. Worked long days and we are happy with completed job. Feel they were fair and honest. We would recommend them and use again when needed.

We have used ALR in the past and were very happy with their work. We recently had them do some repair of interior and exterior logs. They came when promised and did the work in the promised time-frame. The crew was friendly and hard working. The logs were matched well. We are not as pleased with the preciseness of the work with this job. Chinking was not smoothed out or blended completely, chinking was left on the logs and there were saw marks on some of the logs that were not being worked on. Ryan offered to have the crew come back to clean off the chinking and sand the saw marks, but said the chinking between the logs was as good as they could do. We would have ALR back to do work again, but would check the work more carefully before the crew leaves. This is hard work and we appreciate what they did.
