Showcase wasted no time sending the water mitigation and a repair team to my home when I had water damage to both my upstairs and downstairs home. No homeowner ever wants to have a home emergency on their hands, but when mine took place I was happy that I had showcase there to help me. I cannot speak highly enough of Ken, Issac, Joshua, and all of their teams. They kept me informed during every step of the process from clean up, demo, and renovation. It depends on the scope of the project. Our evaluation will explain the overall costs and their justifications. Most of the time, you will be responsible for the deductible only, as most property insurance policies include flood damage. However, the cost of the project will vary, which is why our professionals communicate clearly.
There are two phases in the water damage restoration process. In the first phase, we perform any demolition, cleaning, and drying tasks needed to proceed. Generally, this phase takes three or four days, though it might take longer if there is significant damage. The second phase of the project includes repairs and fluctuates depending on the extent of the damage. We’ve performed restorations in which the second phase lasted a few days and others where it lasted for weeks, but we’ll be sure to communicate with you.
We cannot tell you whether to file a claim or not. You’ll need to evaluate how the claim will affect your premiums before deciding to file.
