Sears don't care about their customers! I've called Sears 4 times about my washer which has flooded my living room, kitchen and Den each time. Every time they sent a maintenance repair man and each time they came out they said they repaired it and each time I've had to call them back out. I called customer service to put in a replacement claim and they told me that I don't meet the criteria for replacement. If I could get them a half a star.
