Cashwell’s is well known around these parts for appliance parts. This is the second time I’ve have a range burner go out. The first time was at least a decade ago, back then it was easy peasy, the part was in stock and it was an easy plug and play. This time my part (radiant burner, a little more complex) was on backorder everywhere. Allen went above and beyond to locate the part outside of his suppliers. You don’t find businesses like this too often anymore. Shop local!

Customer service here is horrible. Bald guy working the counter acted like he was disinterested in selling me a 300+ microwave lol wouldn't even get off his stool to go look and make sure it wasn't in stock in the back.

We do carry parts for your Samsung model. I'm not sure if you need wire or the heating element but we would be able to help you with either. Let me know exactly what you need and I will check to see if we have it in stock.
I am not sure about repairs but they can get you just about any part you might need for an appliance.
