My mother lives here & overall it's pretty well run. Each unit is like a 1-bedroom apt with shared common areas. Call & arrange a tour if you're considering it (ask about the wait list too).

There's a smoking band..smoking ban it started March 1 2021 but no one inforces it... we have more smoking. .vaping in this building than before...now they smoke and vape porch and in there apartment s the smoke is everywhere
It's gonna vary, obviously, but my mom waited about 8 months for an opening.
