My father bought home for his property He has been waiting and waiting for awhile for electric to be hooked up and every time he calls or we call for him and ask for Chris who was the one helping him HE NEVER RETURNS ANY CALLS!!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! This is not how a business should be run!!! Taking advantage of a man in his 70’s is not PROFESSIONAL!!! Everything is PAID FOR TOO HE IS JUST WAITING ON ELECTRICITY TO BE HOOKED UP BY PEOPLE WHO HE BOUGHT THIS FROM! Now he may have to pay someone else to come hook up which means more money out of his pocket! 😞😡 Maybe he should have bought a home from another mobile home place in Chiefland Florida!!! Very sad!

Thanks so much for your question, Cathryn. From our records, your home was delivered on 9/24/20. We are currently waiting on your location survey required by the county. Once this survey has been completed and approved, the county will then proceed with an inspection. Please know this is all completely normal and within the typical timeline.
