Save your money and aggravavation with this company. Show you nice homes for the money but, Nobility homes manufacture and have no problem with delivery of a less quality home, they must not have a quality control inspector or they need to replace. They act as two different entities but are in the same building (headquarters, Prestige homes and Nobility homes in Ocala Florida). The floor on one side of double wide has soft/ buckling area in a line from end to end, can't determine if other half has same issues with the poorly laid carpet. Pillars under sliding glass doors seem to be uneven causing a bow in the center (high) and side are lower. The studs from sliding glass doors to back door to utility area are bowing out so siding can not be fixed and is in my opinion are a structural issue. These are just a couple of issues of major concern, there are plenty more. Look at their reviews across the state. BBB RATING IS D- , Can't return phone calls or answer emails. .
