The sales associates at this location are always so friendly and helpful. I am willing to drive across town to patronize this store, rather than the one closer to my home specifically because the associates are so welcoming, knowledgeable and cheerful. Kudos!

Zero service. Having gone to The Greene and found a dress, the lovely staff there suggested visiting this location as they may have a wider selection. My wife and I (retail business owners from Toronto) were stunned at the lack basic customer service skills. She tried on several dresses, and not one staff member acknowledged us whatsoever! What a bunch of snobby good for nothings. Whoever manages these hags should shake some sense into them. Customers lost!

Disappointed. This used to be my favorite Talbots when we lived in Ohio. Made a special stop here recently since we moved out of state. After being in the store for 10 minutes, never greeted, and they weren’t busy on a Thursday early afternoon. Merchandise didn’t have much appeal, but then I’m not a fan of orange. I found one small item. Sales associate was all friendly when I went up to purchase. I usually love Talbots, but I’ll use the Louisville East end store as my go-to now. Sorry Oakwood.
