Attorney West did not waste time after the pleasantries-which was very welcomed approach since both husband and I were very anxious. He asked for the docket number for our case, looked it up. Then asked us a few questions and went straight to giving us the best advice. He was even willing to answer a few more questions to explain why that was the best advice, which by the way ended up a very surprising answer. We left that conversation feeling deeply relieved and thankful. I had original imagined that conversation to become something painful to have to experience but talking to him was anything but that.
