Is there any kind of Award the Forsyth Township of Gwinn can award Susie and Terri accolades for being the extremely, best ever Hostesses of Farquar Metsa? These Ladies go through hoops to work with you and Gwinn should be very Proud of of them!

The rustic sites are nicely shaded and well spaced for a feeling of privacy. The swim beach and picnic area are beautiful. There's also a very inviting trail, for anyone interested in hiking. The RV sites with full hookups are in full sun, no shade; and the view from this area is of the adjacent neighborhood. It's also right beside the main road, with trucks rumbling by. The best thing I can say about the RV section, is that the sites are very level and hookups easily accessible. Also the bathroom and showers are clean and well maintained, as is the entire park. If you just need a spot to park your RV while you go off hiking, biking, kayaking, sightseeing etc, this is fine. For those of us looking for a more woodsy experience, it's a real disappointment... unless you want to boondock in a rustic site.

We averaged $30 / night for W/E50/S/I. They do accept Passport America but since we were staying on a weekend, could not use it. This is a township owned, no frills, no amenities 20 spot RV park. Since we don't use campground amenities, …
