They treat you like another number, got mad love for AA Dr Lucas but the staff overall could care less. Prepare for a long wait too. Schedule appt for what. The 1 star is only fir Doc Lucas he's A1. Never had a visit under 90 mins WITH APPOINTMENT scheduled btw

My daughter has been going here for three and a half years and we are finally switching clinics. We show up on time for our appointm.ents and usually wait in the waiting room for over an hour. I had postpartum depression and the doctor was very dismissive. I don't feel like anybody values my time at this clinic and more importantly I feel like they view my daughter as a number instead of an individual child.

My boys are newer patients.. we just started being seen here in March of this year. Our first time there was a pretty long wait (sibling visit with my youngest 2).. however, our second visit (sibling visit with my oldest 2) we waited maybe 15 mins and were in and out pretty quickly. The difference was probably the appointment time.. it seems like the 10am hour is their busy time. Our second visit was scheduled for 8am, so that may be why it went by quickly. The receptionists are all nice. All 4 of my boys see Dr. Lucas. He is very nice and does well with them. Our longest time was actually in the exam room for both visits because Dr. Lucas likes to talk lol but I don’t mind it.
