The nurse in after hours refused to wash her hands when I asked her to... appalling. She then took my blood pressure with the cuff on my elbow. They can't get basic things right. I'd avoid going here.

Call OSU information, get Dr Needleman's numbers and go ahead and schedule. OSU schedulers are generally very empowered and will be as helpful as they are able... Once they know what your needs are.

Every insurance company's plan is unique in the way they deal with hospitals. Your best option is to call your insurance company.
I'd go through Mychart. Message the doctor who prescribed the med(s) and let them know you need it called in to your pharmacy.
