Purchased as replacements motor for AC condensing unit. Their website matched the motor to unit by Model # and they recommended a 5 mfd capacitor. Motor showed up and clearly states it requires a 10 mfd capacitor on the box and on the motor name plate (which was not included in the photos or all the info of the motor in the description section). I contacted customer support and was told it was the right motor and the capacitor recommended was 5 mfd. Advised them one of them has to be incorrect and their response is that is what is recommended by manufacturer and they have no knowledge of whether is right or wrong, but that is what the manufacturer recommends. Lack of knowledge to determine that this is an issue = 1 star in my book.
