I just started trying YNHH after the Stamford Hospital system. Plus: the neurologists are much better. However, I just got a referral from the neurologist to see an ENT doctor and the appt I got is 3 1/2 months away. That's right, 3 1/2 months. I don't think so.

YNHH discarded 4 frozen embryos that I was an equal owner to without my knowledge or consent. I am told that all the occurrences around the events of the embryos being discarded are 'someone else's healthcare information'. Suddenly, YNHH made a sole decision that eliminated my from all the discussions of what was to happen to highly contested embryos. YNHH eliminated me as an equal owner of the embryos and eliminated my right to continue to be involved in the decision making processes that I was involved in from October 2015 until July 2022. I am being told now to basically go-away and stop bothering everyone with my simple questions of what happened, how did it happen and why did it happen. This healthcare institution is covering up a medical mistake that occurred back in early 2020. DO NOT USE any hospital within the Yale New Haven Health Services Empire if you don't want your plug being pulled behind your back then being told the information that occurred to you is someone else's healthcare information.

Is Ridiculous! Appointment for 8am and when I go to the desk she never check Me in! Like what!! I was 9:40 and she told us to come back for new doctor see us! They take forever and poor service poor treat people on the desk!

I won’t say a name but the receptionist rudely interrupts me every time I try to call and ask a question. She cuts me off and doesn’t even let me finish what I’m saying and it’s really annoying especially when she tries to finish my sentence with what she thinks I’m about to say but most of the time she cuts me off and has absolutely no idea what I’m about to say even though she thinks she does. Every time I call I hope that I get someone else besides her because she’s so unpleasant to talk to.
