Very disappointed that after 20+ years with Dr. Blumenthal, the office will not allow me to book an appointment. Because it's been just over 3 years since my last visit, I am considered a "new" patient and they are not currently taking new patients. I was never notified of this policy until now. Both my husband and son are also patients and I'm really upset this is how I've been treated. I have also purchased product multiple times in the last few years and they have had no problem selling it to me.

terrible, they do NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, GO TO LUNCH FROM 11 TO 2 AND SHUT OFF THE FAX MACHINE WHILE AT LUNCH
