I cannot say how lucky I feel to have found such an amazing jewelry store! I had gone to another store to replace a small diamond that fell out of my engagement ring and they ended up breaking a prong and botching my ring. I was very upset. I then brought it to Tivoli and they reassured me they could fix it. And they did! They made my ring look like new. I interacted with Jennie, Frank, Marge, and Joe and they are all incredible. I would highly recommend this store!

I was referred to Tivoli from another jeweler when I needed a repair done quickly, and I could not be more thrilled! Everyone there was welcoming and Jenny took excellent care. She made sure I had the ring back in time for my trip! The price was great and the work was impeccable. I highly recommend visiting them and will be back myself!

Hi! we do repairs on premises in many cases we can do it the same day. It is difficult to quote a price without seeing what type of chain and what gauge and what type of metal and If it will require electroplating however they typically go for $30 and up. We look forward to helping you.
Thanks for asking. All our employees and guests are required to wear masks in the store and social distance as per CDC, WHO recommendations. In addition we have a comprehensive repetitive cleaning process using anti viral and anti microbial products in addition to our regular cleaning schedule. We have had a perfect record. Zero cases of covid reported by anyone who works here or our guests
