Super 8 by Wyndham Fergus Falls

My expectations were not high for this Super 8. A bed and shower is all I was looking for. The DAY BEFORE I was to check in, someone from the motel called and canceled my reservation I had made days earlier. Said they had over booked and they were canceling my reservation. OK if the entire town wasn’t sold out due to the town festival and class reunions. Nearest room 20 miles away!! This is terrible customer service. Never again Wyndham!!

What can I say, it's your basic no frills hotel. Very clean! Bathroom was spotless no dust anywhere. Yea the place is old and outdated but don't let the outer appearance turn you away. The rooms have definitely been modernized and everything is nice and tidy🙌 The Miss who checked us in was very polite and kind and check in was hassle free. As a bed to sleep on after driving 15 hours it was more than comfortable. Would stay again! With hotels cutting corners these days, the cleanliness was impeccable 🙌

Adequate. My room was clean and everything worked. The shower was hot and a nice large shower head. Bed was comfortable. Heat/AC worked well. Satellite TV was not the best as it was rainy, but I managed to get some news to come in. I think I'd stay there again if necessary. Price was more affordable than other places in town.

Late arrival with no reservation, came out of a storm. Greeted by wonderful genuine customer service from the GM. Clean rooms at a great price! Generic yet cozy and the staff made for a great experience!!!
