It says open on the door so we went there at 10 pm to rest for the night. It was locked with a phone in the lobby, picked it up and it rang and rang for 10 mins with no answer. I went outside and waited 20 mins before trying again with the same result. I almost booked online before getting to the area and I'm so glad I didn't. There's no one there to check you in. Sign says open but there's nobody home.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Amazing customer service. Super helpful! I stopped here for a night while backpacking the 4800 mile North Country Trail and was blown away by the level of service I received. Guest laundry is $1 to wash $1 to dry and worked well. Conveniently located next to everything you could possibly need. Showers were hot and the water pressure was amazing. Quiet hotel just off the main road so you don't hear the traffic. Breakfast was good and they had no issues when it took me a bit longer to get my things together at check out time.

Clean and comfortable. Bathroom newly remodeled, comfortable bed with beautiful white duvet. Fridge and microwave. Proprietor was friendly and helpful. Offered to help with luggage. Felt like home. Would definitely stay again.

I am a Diamond member in Choice Privileges. Last night my neice got stranded in Fergus Falls 2 blocks away from the Roadway (blowing snow I94 closed). Your desk clerk wouldn't let her stay. Because she thought age 20 (college student)is too young she said she will talk to her manager and call me back. She never called back. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I want my 10,000 points back!
