Negative: 1st room they gave us was not cleaned beds not made. Second room toilet did not flush, keys did not work had to go to the desk three times to get keys reset.

Room was mostly clean, some trash on the floor left from a previous visit that was very obvious but the sheets and towels were clean. Half the rooms look onto the pool which is noisy until they close it down at 10, but we weren't woken up by the early sunrise. Breakfast was sparse and I was reprimanded for trying to use the waffle maker at 9:10 when breakfast ended at 9:30. They had already shut it off before we arrived shortly after 9 and didn't put up a sign or anything so I didn't know it was shut down. The attendant announced breakfast was ending at 9:30 at least 4 times in the 20 minutes we were down there. They were shutting everything down and rushing people out, had the place cleared out by 9:27. Not impressed. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful however, told us about a better place to park to get to our room easier. Wouldn't stay here again.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything! Our microwave and Fridge didn't work! We had little throw pillows on a King size Bed, the reception guy was mean and rude! There was Mold in the bathroom! We will never stay here again!!

This hotel was amazing for the price we paid. We had a hot tub suite. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the oversized room. It didn't feel like they just threw a big tub i to a regular size room. Would stay here again.
