The cells have a sewage outlet vent for building inside of them. If anyone flushes the toilet, fecal matter is sprayed ontop of you. Byfar the most inhumane place to keep someone that is or isn't innocent.

If i can give it less then one star i would over 24 hours for a petty crime that isn’t against the law anymore since 2015 and no food no water jus so much i don’t feel like writing

Good downtown location for a quick bite, cheese sandwich with mayo is classic. Stay away from the cereal though, the milk provided was warm.
