👍🏼Customer service in all departments were great. Even though Hotel is not new, it doesn't smell bad. And team keeps it decent. Room was clean. Bathroom was very clean. Cafeteria was clean and breakfast was also great. Everyone was polite. AC was on when we came in, loved it. FYI: if you want the prices you find online, you must book on line. They do have a functioning elevator, it's next to the front desk. We slept great! Water actually had hot and cold. There has been hotels where we had to shower with hot and boiling hot water. Will definite rebook on our way back.Thank you for your service.

Upon arriving to the hotel in spoke with the young lady after making reservations and quoted the price which was 145 per night well once giving my card i didn’t think anything of it until i checked out i never recieved an receipt or copy of any sort when i checked to see my account and was charged 190 that’s 45 dollars more than what i was told the room price was i then called to speak with the front desk manager well that didn’t go well she starts to holla and persist to be very rude when asking why i didn’t recieve an receipt she goes on to say you should have asked for one and i’m telling you my rooms are 169 i asked to speak to someone river her she says i’m the one you need to talk to and i’m not helping you i said the room is this price and that’s that i spend a lot of time using comfort suite for work as well as vacation but this is one place i will not be returning is there a phone number i can call to corp this is very very upsetting to be talked to like your an animal in front of my kids at that

I feel like this hotel was a nice stay, considering the cleanliness, comfort, reasonable price, and location. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Front desk was extremely nice and professional. The room was a little run down, but otherwise clean. The room did smell strongly of bleach
