I made my appointment as soon as my screen shattered last night. The process was simple and easy. I got a call from Alicia regarding my appointment before the store even opened this morning. When I went in for my appointment, Hodges informed me of the price and time once again. It was ready very quickly (under 45 minutes) and the staff were very polite and helpful! I definitely recommend.

I am a very lazy person and rarely write a review. But today I want to write a review for the great service quality I have received from Dairon at UBreakFix Arligton. My computer was down for many days before I send my computer to UBreakFix. My friends checked it for me and did not fix the problem. Today Dairon spent only five minutes, find the problem and fix it. I was so happy! I need use my computer every day for work, and Dairon save my day! I want to thank Dairon and UBreakFix for the great service! I appreciate it very much!

The staff was very personable and extremely helpful in getting my phone fixed. The phone was less than a year old and the warranty company wasn't being very helpful. I was going to pay out of pocket for the repair. When I got to the store, Hodges informed me that it was covered under my insurance at no cost to me! Very happy about that!!! Will definitely go back for any other work I may need and will recommend to my family and friends!
