This place is the worst, I don't recommend it to anyone, the people who get there be very careful, because they are going to tell them that in 16 to 18 months they will solve the problem, which doesn't happen, I went for a problem in a tooth and after 24 months the tooth is still the same, now they want to charge me more money and say that the treatment has to continue for another 6 months, if they don't fix it in 24 months they won't do it in 6, if they don't accept the treatment It is terminated, so my money was practically stolen from me.

Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience in this office. Orthodontists were too cold hearted when performing work on my my teeth. My teeth are very sensitive and the doctors seemed to be extremely frustrated and more preoccupied with getting work done than with making sure I was alright. This happened with two orthodontists at this location. I would recommend completing your orthodontal work with privacy at other orthodontal offices. Diamond braces feels more like an assembly line and a business that has more priority in racking in the money while the client comes in second place. The medical assistants do the prep work and then the orthodontists come in at the end to do the actual work. I had attachments put on by a medical assistant and not the orthodontist! The medical assistant who takes the pictures are not kind (very rough) when taking photos with these sharp metal prongs which were extremely uncomfortable and were more concerned about getting the camera shot. The sinks were very dirty and the metal apparatuses that were placed in your mouth smelled. On my last visit at this office I was not offered to have my teeth whitened and not even a farewell from the orthodontist. Provide quality customer service which is all around extremely important to many clients. You are a not creating a sensitive environment. Your marketing may be great, but you are a cold hearted establishment and I am so relieved that will not be returning to your establishment. I will make sure to lead people to other private orthodontists where you will get better personalized care.

Really frustrating that I’ve been waiting for new aligners for quite some time and then when I get here for my appointment they told me sorry someone was supposed to call me to let me know it’s not here yet. Had all last week to call me and tell me since it seems they know the expected ship or delivery date. Now have to wait a few more weeks but also wasted time on a already busy morning - not including the time I had to wait for transportation. And the last time I was here the person forgot to give me something until I reminded them.

Hello Jessica, every case is unique, so it depends on the patient, but we work hard to get qualified cases started on treatment as soon as possible - in certain cases, on the same day after your initial consultation!

How much are braces with insurance?

~$4k. We compared their price to others - they’re average. We have UHC ppo which pays $2000 each & we pay the remaining in monthly payments. Calling Diamond Braces is awful (you can only call the main office & will be 20th in the hold cue, & you’ll likely get someone who won’t help you - really sucks). But their locations’ staff is always AWESOME (we’ve had appts at 5 dif. DB’s) & I highly recommend you go with Diamond Braces. Amazing people & great experience so far for me (adult with braces 😬)

Both dentists and orthodontists attend dental school, but orthodontists attend an additional 2-3 year orthodontic residency. The orthodontists have the most direct training and experience in straightening and adjusting teeth, so for the best, most reliable results, it’s best to see a licensed orthodontist!
