I order two thin Singapore twisted rope link chains.... they sent me the wrong size I repeatedly called them spoke too someone who said go on the site and press for refund and I did that was on the fourth of January when I received them and still haven’t gotten a response or call back from anyone either send me the right size chains or send me a refund I’ll won’t ever do business with you guys again.... terrible communication...... you sent me size 14inch chains I want 18 inch chains
