Only one of pieces of bread was toasted on my BLT, only one waitress working. Environment is kid friendly and they're open later (thankfully) than most places post-COVID.

Filthy, all food was so dry (salmon, baked potato) like it was over warmed In microwave (literally zapped). Flies and more flies. Even asked server to take them with her when she left. Garbage on floor that I kicked out of the way to sit down. Window ledge & booths were sticky & we could clearly tell uncleaned probably ever. Will never again go to the Worthington Perkins. Gross!

Service was great. But the food was not. Too oily. I ordered chicken sandwich and every bite was just oil. Aging service was great.

Very busy today, Sunday morning with a youth hockey tournament in town. We had a very short wait to get seated, and once we were our server was super friendly and checked on us just the right amount of times. :) Our orders were ready pretty quickly (3 adults and 2 kids orders), everything was delicious! We love Perkins!
