Place is always busy for lunch hour on Sundays, and now with this game room they added is pretty cool more business that's for sure.

A Friday night-@6pm-family of 5 Not pleased at all. Ice machine was broken, there were never very many pizza options on the buffet at any point, the floor by the chicken buffet was greasy and slick (myself and my kids almost wiped out more than once), also chicken buffet was oddly close to the kitchen entrance which meant customers & staff were constantly moving around each other & running into each other, salad bar was messy, lettuce was limp and browning & the Ranch dressing bottle was so greasy it literally slipped right out of my hand, my pizza request order was wrong the first time (forgot the pineapple on a sweet swine🙄) so they remade it but by the time it came out for the second time I was done & ready to leave, music was not setting the family friendly atmosphere vibe I usually get at other Pizza Ranches & they were not very attentive to removing dirty plated during our meal either (family of 5, they pile up quickly). Overall the food was as 3.5-4 stats but everything else ruined it for us. Won't be returning to this location if I can avoid it!!!

4/5 stars because some of the food I got was not as good as I am used to a most Pizza Ranches. This is one of the smaller ones. But it's still a pizza ranch, so it's very good! However there's a young worker there named Lucas who did an amazing job. He was extremely polite and professional, and even struck up a conversation with me about golf and fishing. Excellent service from Lucas. Pizza Ranch, if you see this... GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! Great kid.

Came in during prime buffet time (6:00 pm). Wife just wanted salad bar, but it was barren. We waited 15 minutes for them to restock it, but they never did, despite half a dozen folks milling around. Finally I went over to the kitchen and told them to quit chatting and start stocking. Must be short staffed, but keeping the buffet stocked isn’t rocket science. Another 5 minutes and they finally had the salad bar replenished.
