I visit the store on July 19,2022 with my daughter and son. There was a young lady and man behind the counter,just looking at me without any greeting. So I approach the counter even closer and still no acknowledgement. I have made complete eye contact at this point and they are still just looking at me and now at each other. So, I said to them, I was waiting for someone to greet me, so I can place my order. Then that when the gentleman said Oh how can I help you..? Rude! I will never go back again, and the funny part is I am there every other week...Customer service is horrible!
