They’re consistent at inappropriately changing patient information, causing slow downs on refills, not communicating what the issues on their end are prior to standing in the store for an hour or more. They have high turn over and do not have consistent help that is qualified and their long time Employees like Betsy can make any bad situation even worse! Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

I love my local Walgreen and have always had good experiences. However, my dealings with this particular Walgreens was a nightmare. I dealt with these employees over the phone originally and after expressly ordering the individual NOT to send my prescriptions to another local pharmacy he did it anyway!! I only found out because of my electronic assess to my prescriptions or I would have showed up without access to my medications. Then, when I did attempt to use this pharmacy, as it is closer to my cabin than the other local pharmacy, the same employee would not fill the prescription that had been faxed to them by my doctor the day before and then, to add insult to injury, the employee, would not fill the prescription after my doctor again faxed the prescription request to the pharmacy after I had been waiting for hours!!! I ended up wasting 3 hours and was not able to get my medications. I had to drive 2 hours to the Baxter pharmacy to get my medications refilled. This particular pharmacy cost me almost an entire day and hundreds of miles of travel for no particular reason. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION. I hope to have the staff at this pharmacy vetted so others do not have to deal with the unprofessional staff.

UPDATE 03/2019 I have been curious as to why liquid medicine for the kids always runs out a day or two before it should, this time I got CAPSULS for him, not only were there 12 NOT 14 but some were alittle LEAN on the powder and so far (today)1 was empty! I open & mix it in food. MAKES FOR BETTER PROFITS?. no I did not call...in the past its always...YOU MUST HAVE DOSED WRONG or FORGOT & TOOK EXTRA THAT DAY! I'm switching pharms, don't remember problems when it was SNYDERS. PS the same pharmacist I alluded to in the following was there working when scrpt was picked up, coincidence??1st review next PHARM ONLY REVIEW! be aware there is a pharmacist that works there who seems VERY unknowledgeable about much of what you ask him... Find out later from other pharmacists the CORRECT answers... SCARY he's making up prescriptions! Sometimes just FLAT OUT WRONG answers!

Well it's a Walgreens. Honestly, it's been one of the better ones. I'm here once a month for meds, never an issue that hasn't been fixed. There are usually people complaining about stuff that's really shallow or not the pharmacys fault and yet the staff take the berating with a smile on their faces. Some people are just unreasonable, keep up the good job.
